Payment     -   Payment is by PayPal only, payment is to be made on purchase through our links to ETSY.com - On the ETSY.com website it gives a list of available payment options, however, when asked to add to checkout it asks you to check out with paypal. (Please note paypal is the invoicing format and you are not signing up to paypal in anyway) when you put in your details it will then ask whether you wish to check out using paypal or another payment method, this allows you to use a debit or credit card. However, if you do not wish to register through our website please email your specifications and we can send a secure invoice direct to your email address. We also accept cheque payments - but please contact us for details. Please note - we will post the items to you when the cheque has fully cleared.

Additional Policies and FAQs   -   CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

All of our products are made with .925 Sterling Silver and Sea Glass.

Q: How should I take care of my sterling silver jewellery on a day-to-day basis?
• Remove when taking a shower, cleaning or swimming (the chemicals used can tarnish the silver)
• Remove when sleeping
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Wipe your jewellery clean with a soft cloth to remove any body oils and dirt.

Q: How do I clean my sterling silver jewellery?
• To keep your jewellery looking its best, periodically clean it in a mild soapy water mixture and a SOFT toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely with a soft cloth.

Q: Will my sterling silver jewellery tarnish?
• Yes, all sterling silver jewellery will tarnish. The exposed layer of silver reacts with chemicals and even the elements in the air to form something called "patina". This patina when cleaned will be removed exposing the shine of the silver again.

Q: How to care for the sea glass?
• The sea glass is glass and should be treated delicately; do not expose the glass to extreme temperatures as this could result in cracking.
• The glass appears frosted as it has been in the sea a long time – to clean the glass follow the same instructions as the sterling silver but to give it a more shiny appearance buff with a soft cloth with a few drops of oil (I use baby oil)
